It takes a lot of time to have some changes in the govt. processes. So,
complaint.com will just speed up the process a lot (a transparent
process)
How does it work?
let's say you have a complaint about train frequency in your area, what
you'll have to do is that just upload some proof & describe your
complaint. & not just that it'll also have something called the upvote
and the down-vote & the post will go public, according to the location
people can give upvote if the complaint is valid and a down-vote it it's not
valid. And accordingly the government and the authorization can do their part of the job. (Image)
